The Bellevue Button Factory converted an eyesore into a riverfront destination. Years of visioning meant community input to address the need for downtown public restrooms and a business development center that dedicates two floors to high school programming as well as a business incubator.

Access to a walking and cycling trail along both sides of the building lead to a city park and a state park, re-establishes a sense of place.
