Keynote speaker Eric Holt-Giménez, executive director of the Institute for Food and Development Policy, better known as Food First. will give a talk titled, Food Regimes, Food Sovereignty and Agroecology. The Institute for Food and Development Policy was founded in 1975 by Joseph Collins and Frances Moore Lappé, and promotes access to healthy, ecologically produced, and culturally appropriate food.
