DESCRIPTION:*** Updated March 8 *** \nJoin us March 10th at the Iowa Utilities Board’s final deliberations meeting for the anticipated Bakken Pipeline permitting decision. We want to have a big presence to show the IUB that people are engaged and are ready to respond to their decision. \nNo matter what the decision is on March 10th\, there are several options to continue fighting the pipeline. The Iowa DNR and Army Corps of Engineers have yet to approve permits\, and we will work to organize with landowners in the remaining eminent domain fights if the pipeline is approved.
